PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

Aubrey was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. She attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she earned a degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Business Administration in 2020. While at NSU, she was a sister of Delta Phi Epsilon and an executive member of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity. Through these organizations, she developed a deep appreciation for community involvement and volunteer work.

During college, Aubrey met her now-husband while working retail at Vineyard Vines, where she also gained an unexpected skill—curating the perfect Kentucky Derby outfit and tying a proper bowtie.

Graduating during the Pandemic forced Aubrey to decide whether to endure virtual learning or gain practical experience before law school. She opted for the latter, spending a gap year working at a South Florida law firm as a legal assistant, where she gained invaluable experience in civil litigation, real estate law, corporate law, and more.

In 2021, Aubrey moved to Greensboro, North Carolina, to attend Elon University School of Law. She remained actively involved as an executive member of Phi Alpha Delta, a member of the Women’s Law Association, a participant in the Innocence Project, and a student attorney at the Elon Law Small Business and Entrepreneurship Clinic. In her final year, she interned at Boyles & Boyles under Joseph Boyles, gaining hands-on experience in Florida estate planning, probate, guardianship, and business formation.

Aubrey earned her Juris Doctor in 2023 and returned to her hometown, where she was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2024. She now serves as an Associate Attorney at Boyles & Boyles, assisting clients with estate planning, probate, business formation, and nonprofit 501(c)(3) applications.

In her free time, Aubrey enjoys soaking up the sun along the emerald green waters of the Gulf Coast with her goldendoodle, Finn. She is also a member of the Junior League of Pensacola and appreciates giving back to the local community through various volunteer opportunities.
