A personal note from Joseph Boyles:

The photos above were taken on days important to both this firm and myself.

The first, of my Father and me, was taken at the Pensacola Courthouse on my third birthday. Young as I was, I remember wanting to help people when I grew up, just like my Dad. I had no concept what being an attorney meant, but I knew that he loved his work and that that was what mattered...

Which led to the second photo celebrating our law practice 35+ years later. Just as the practice of law bridged generations in our family, we serve our clients by bridging one family generation to the next.

We've added pictures of our family to this website to illustrate how, in every sense of the phrase, this is a "family practice". Everyone walking through our door receives the same respect, fairness, and integrity of a trusted relative.

We know how delicate, and intensely personal, many of the issues we resolve daily can be. We are happy we are in a position to help. We are here when you need us, helping families navigate troubling times and giving you our best at your worst.

-Joseph W.C. Boyles, Esq.

Corporate Law, LLCs, & Business Law

Businesses exist to meet many needs. We exist to meet the needs of businesses.

General Civil Practice

“Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser in fees, expenses, and waste of time. As a peacemaker, the lawyer has a superior opportunity of being a good man.” -Abraham Lincoln

Correcting a Florida Death Certificate

The process does not sound pleasant. Unfortunately, in some cases, some things are exactly as they seem.

Guardianships begins differently -- a father suffering from dementia, a special needs adult living life to the fullest, managing a minor child's injury settlement. Yet, behind each is a caring individual looking to step up and serve.
